Gloucester City Homes builds on customer service success

New research programme to improve customer satisfaction underway

Gloucester City Homes (GCH), fresh from being recognised for Customer Service Excellence by the Government, has embarked on a new programme of customer research, designed to further improve their service to their tenants.

GCH has engaged Voluntas MRS, an independent market research firm, to survey tenants on a range of services, such as the quality of homes and neighbourhoods, and the value for money of GCH’s services. Tenants will be contacted by telephone and email during the summer months.

Katy Wilburn, Head of Research and Insight at Voluntas said, “Shaping services around tenant’s wants and needs is fundamental to an excellent housing organisation.
