2015 is proving to be a great year for Voluntas. Since the beginning of 2015 seven additional housing associations have commissioned us to conduct social market research on their behalf. These include:
Westward Housing Group
Commissioned January 2015 – Westward Housing Group want to improve their decision making through insightful and actionable research. To help, Voluntas will be providing transactional satisfaction surveys on their repairs service.
Northampton Partnership Homes
Commissioned February 2015 – Voluntas is very pleased to be working with Northampton Partnership Homes right from the start of its creation as an ALMO.
Voluntas will provide general satisfaction tracker surveys to their 12,000 tenants to help NPH identify satisfaction levels to help prioritise business decisions.
Commissioned February 2015 – the Riverside Group commissioned Voluntas to undertake a STAR survey and research on new homes and Universal Credit.
The research on Universal Credit explores the circumstances causing Riverside’s tenants to claim UC and their experiences of the process, support and alerts Riverside to difficulties that they are facing.
Village Housing Association
Commissioned February 2015 – Villages Housing Association commissioned us to conduct a STAR survey to provide valuable insight to help influence future decisions.
Four Housing Group
Commissioned March 2015 – Four Housing Group wanted to gain deeper understanding into what works well and not so well in their repairs service. Voluntas will be delivering transactional surveys every month.
WM Housing Group
Commissioned March 2015 – WM Housing Group commissioned Voluntas to conduct a STAR survey to provide comparable data across the six Associations within the Group.
The Futures Housing Group
Commissioned March 2015 – The Futures Housing Group have commissioned research to gain greater insight into their response repairs service.
